 Hello! I'm having trouble logging in to my Cyberduck. When I use the
 username and password from my web hosting provider it gives me this
 message
 "Change of username or service not allowed: (anonymous,ssh-connection) ->
 (rebekahk,ssh-connection). Please contact your web hosting service"
 Is this something I need to contact them about? Thank you for your help.
