Comment:

 I just started getting this exact same error while I was working on my
 site. I did nothing to spawn this error, other than duplicating an html
 document, and double clicking that document in order to edit it.

 The workaround mentioned in this ticket works, although I don't really
 know what the workaround is doing or whether or not it is ideal compared
 to the default setting.
