 In most instances small businesses are obtained by first time business
 buyers. And this question comes up to them almost all of the time. "Why
 not start my own from ground up?"  Well, because it's too risky! Purchase
 an existing business,"since it's established," you don't need to begin
 from scratch and advertise and hope to have clients. Most new businesses
 fail in their first year, and this is not news. Established businesses
 have a track record. When you purchase an established business you will
 begin profiting from day one. There will be no guessing, hoping, wishing,
 or waiting.



 Spilling the beans can also earn you some unnecessary competition,
 unsolicited publicity and media misinterpretation. Or worst still, you may
 wind up with various lawsuits dangling on your neck. So once again I
 repeat, never let the cat out of the bag until the deal is sealed.
