For S3 and other providers, "move" and "rename" are expensive and slow for
large files such as video files. It would be valuable to have a way to
move a file to a new folder and rename it with a new filename in a single
 step via the GUI.

 Use case:
 1. User A with limited S3 privileges and technical skill uploads a video
file to an upload-only folder with a generic filename.
 2. User B must rename move that file to a new S3 location for linking to a
website. The filename must be changed to follow a specific naming
 convention.

 Suggested implementation:
One way to accomplish this would be to implement a right-click "Move &
Rename" dialog that allowed browsing to a new folder and simultaneously
 changing the filename.
An even simpler user interface would be to implement a dialog box in which
the full path to the file is editable. The user could change the path
portion as well as the filename portion, and CyberDuck would attempt to
move the file when the user clicks "Save" or "OK" in the dialog.
